 Power Controllers and Electronic Contactors

Standard and Custom power controllers and electronic contactors are available ranging from 10A to 10,000A at operating voltages of up to 4,160 VAC. Applications include: SCR power controls, electrostatic precipitator control, solid-state contactors and DC field controllers

 A variety of controls and feedback option cards can be factory-installed to interface with existing equipment within your manufacturing plant.

Power Semiconductor Assemblies

A wide range of versatile and scalable power semiconductor assemblies incorporating a wide range of    standard and optional features. This product line offers maximum performance and minimizes costs by providing a wide range of power levels, configurations and integrated protection, control and feedback functions. Our standard offerings include:

  Production quantity assemblies and systems can be provided with one or more of the following internationally recognized standards ratings: CSA, UL, cULus and VDE.

                                   Box and Bar Type Pressure Clamps

Standard and Custom Clamps are manufactured and stocked on-site to meet the most stringent requirements of today’s high power disk type semiconductors.

    Innovation Plus Power Systems Inc. offers innovative clamp design with built-in pressure indicators that allow    for very accurate pressure settings without the use of special tools or gauges. Standard clamps are available from 2.5KN to 120KN. Custom OEM designs are also available for up to 25KV class products

SCR Gate Control Cards

Standard control cards can be combined with optional auxiliary firing boards, regulator boards, and   special  purpose boards to provide a complete control package. Most control cards are now available with a fiber optic link control option.

Applications for these control cards include: phase-angle power controllers, zero-crossing power controllers, electronic contactors, and all other applications requiring harsh environment ratings. Single, three, six, and twelve phase control cards are available in various configurations and operating voltages of up to 4,160VAC. Most control and option cards are usually in stock and available for same-day shipping.
